How much is the fee? +
Panama: 4.9% + $0.35 per card sale. Costa Rica: 4.9% + ₡225 per card sale.
Is there a monthly fee? +
No. Cuanto does not charge monthly fees or fixed costs. We only earn when you sell.
Where do I receive my earnings? +
Directly to your bank account. Sales are collected through Tuesday night and deposited every Thursday.
When do I get paid? +
Every Thursday. The weekly sales cut-off is Tuesday night. The deposit takes 1–2 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Can I charge international customers? +
Yes! We accept Visa and Mastercard from anywhere in the world.
Can customers pay with Clave cards? +
Not at the moment. We only accept Visa or Mastercard (credit and debit).
Do you have recurring payments or subscriptions? +
Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll explain how to enable them.
How do I update my bank account? +
